Production and delivery
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 1 to 2 weeks from the moment you approve your proof. If your date is close, a one-week turnaround is possible when we agree it in writing before you order.
We ship worldwide from the UK by express courier, and we prepare the customs paperwork for orders going abroad. Delivery is quoted with your proof, so you know the full cost before anything is made.
Changes and returns
You can ask for changes to your design as many times as you need before you approve the proof. Please check names, dates and spelling carefully: we print exactly what you approve.
Because every piece is personalised, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged once design or production has begun. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or clearly different from the approved proof, tell us with a photograph and we will put it right.
Questions
How does the proof work?
Once we have your brief we design the artwork and send a digital proof, usually within a few days. You can ask for changes until you are happy. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
How long does it take?
Production takes 1 to 2 weeks from your approval. If your date is close, a one-week turnaround is possible when we agree it in writing before you order.
What is the smallest set?
Sets start at 25 pieces. For hotels, restaurants and brands we also make runs of 500 and more.
Can I send my own logo or crest?
Yes. A vector file (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) gives the cleanest print. A good photograph also works as a starting point.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, worldwide, by express courier from the UK. We prepare the customs paperwork. Delivery is quoted with your proof.
Will the colours match my screen?
Very closely, but paper, foil and printed colour always look a little different from a screen or a digital proof. If colour is critical, tell us and we will talk it through.
Can I add foil?
Foil is quoted separately, as are die-cut shapes and other special finishes. Mention it in your brief.
What kind of matches are they?
Safety matches, with the striker on the side of the box. The long and large boxes hold long wooden matches.
Are the pictures real orders?
They are design examples and styling. Your wording, artwork and colours are designed for you and agreed on your proof.
